I ordered (2) 5 gallon jugs with ripper caps. On of the caps broke on the second pour. However I emailed and they sent me a new one no questions asked. Customer support is top notch!

I bought the spout bender to go along with the new purchase of my 2.5gal Tuff Jug gas can to make pouring
gas just that much easier. It was a little difficult to put on
and fits very tightly but I was able to get it in place. So far it is working as I had hoped it would.

I was in a hurry when I placed an initial order and I forgot to apply for the promo - free ripper. I contacted the company but my order had already shipped (fast). However if I agreed to pay shipping, they would send me one free. I agreed.
An hour ago the package arrived. It did not contain a ripper. It contained TWO! That is great customer service. Thank you. You rock.

I ordered two of 2.5 gal Tuff Jugs to replace some leaky, drippy Amazon cans that came with the „Safety Caps“. Should have done this years ago.

I haven’t had the chance to put them to use yet, I’ve filled them.c very easy to fill for sure. I tested one with water to see how well the stop function worked and it worked better than advertised, I see the safety in going down 3” but it actually stopped if 1/2” below the surface of the water.
The only negative feedback I would give, is some built in finger holds on the bottom would help with initially turning over the jug, especially for the more physically strength challenged out there.

I like the jug so far but I definitely dont like the way it leaks when laying flat with the spot on the top side I got diesel clover the back of my new truck
