Tuff Jug stands behind the quality of our products and offers a comprehensive lifetime warranty to the retail purchaser with a valid proof of purchase. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. Should you experience any issues with a Tuff Jug product, we want to make it right!
Our commitment includes:
Duration of Coverage: This product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for life! Valid proof of purchase is required. Products with a purchase date more than one year prior to the warranty claim date require the customer cover shipping costs on any replacement parts or products.
Remedy Options: Tuff Jug reserves the right to either replace any defective component or refund the full purchase amount at our discretion within the first year of purchase.
Limitation of Liability: Tuff Jug cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, expenses, personal injuries, lost profits, or revenue resulting from neglect, misuse, or modifications to the product beyond its original design.
Returns
*FOR ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM TUFF JUG.COM*
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please adhere to the following process:
– Reach out to us by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call 208-994-6231 or email support@tuffjug.com for assistance.
– RMA Labeling: Write the provided RMA number visibly on your package or return label.
– Return Window: Returns or exchanges of new, unused items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging should be retained.
– Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion.
– Non-Acceptable Returns: We do not accept returns for used items, items returned after 30 days of delivery, or returns made without prior notification.
Upon receipt of your return, items will be inspected, and if approved, a refund will be processed within 5 working days. In case of non-approval, you will be promptly contacted.

Dealer Accounts:
Dealer accounts are subject to approval by Tuff Jug. The company reserves the right to cancel dealer accounts at its discretion and without prior notice.
Product Usage Disclaimer:
All Tuff Jug containers are designed and intended for fluid transfer. Not to be sold or used as a “Portable Fuel Container”. Use for industrial, construction and off-road motorsport industries for the transportation/storage and proper disposal of fluids listed: Antifreeze, engine oil, hydraulic fluid, paint thinners, solvents, and transmission fluids. Waste materials should always e deposited properly at a Haz-Mat Recycling Center. Do not combine fluids without consulting your local recycling center. The use of these containers for fuel is solely at the owner’s discretion and is not recommended. It is important to note that such usage does not imply any specifications or endorsements by Tuff Jug regarding the suitability of the product for fuel-related applications. Read all warning labels prior to use.
