Tuff Jug stands behind the quality of our products and offers a comprehensive lifetime warranty to the retail purchaser with a valid proof of purchase. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. Should you experience any issues with a Tuff Jug product, we want to make it right!

Our commitment includes:

– *Duration of Coverage:* This product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for life! Valid proof of purchase is required. Products with a purchase date more than one year prior to the warranty claim date require the customer cover shipping costs on any replacement parts or products.

– *Remedy Options:* Tuff Jug reserves the right to either replace any defective component or refund the full purchase amount at our discretion within the first year of purchase.

– *Limitation of Liability:*  Tuff Jug cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, expenses, personal injuries, lost profits, or revenue resulting from neglect, misuse, or modifications to the product beyond its original design.

*RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM TUFF JUG.COM*

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please adhere to the following process:

– *Contact Information:* Reach out to us by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call 916-652-5089 or email sales@tuffjug.com for assistance.

– *RMA Labeling:* Write the provided RMA number visibly on your package or return label.

– *Return Window:* Returns or exchanges of new, unused items (excluding special orders) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging should be retained.

– *Restocking Fee:* All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable payment processing fees. Special order items may be returned at our discretion.

– *Non-Acceptable Returns:* We do not accept returns for used items, special orders without prior approval, items returned after 10 days of delivery, or returns made without prior notification.

Upon receipt of your return, items will be inspected, and if approved, a refund will be processed within 5 working days. In case of non-approval, you will be promptly contacted.
